What Is Samtaal Shvas Preksha?

“Samtaal” means balanced rhythm and “Shvas Preksha” means perception of breath.

Together, Samtaal Shvas Preksha is the art of breathing in perfect rhythm — steady, equal, and aware. This practice helps to still the wandering mind, deepen relaxation, and awaken inner equilibrium.

Guided by certified Preksha trainers, you will experience calmness that stays with you long after the session ends.
