We are seeking an experienced and dynamic PYP Coordinator to lead our Primary Years Programme. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience, including at least 10 years of teaching the PYP, with proven experience in implementing the PYP Exhibition for at least 3-5 years. The candidate should also have been a PYP Coordinator for at least two complete academic years. They should have exposure to leadership roles in a PYP school, active involvement in IB Evaluation or Verification processes, and expertise in designing a Programme of Inquiry (POI) Matrix. Strong skills in curriculum planning and documentation, along with a solid understanding of special needs and age-appropriate counselling programmes, are essential.
