Composition of the Board of Governors
- The Principal of the School; an ex-officio member;
- One of the Trustees of the school;
- Six members from the Parent-Member class; and
- Two Founder Members, and in their absence, Alumnis in lieu thereof
- Members not exceeding five in number who may be co-opted by the Board of Governors in the manner stated in the Memorandum of Association and Constitution of the Bombay International School Association (Nov 16, 1961)
