SEE LEARNING (Social Emotional Ethical Learning) program

Our school proudly implements the Social Emotional Ethical Learning program, a long-standing partnership between Emory University and His Holiness the Dalai Lama in 1998.

Wellbeing classes

The counsellors conduct regular sessions with students that cultivate essential skills like sensory regulation and growth mindset along with self-management and emotional-regulation.

Circle Time

This is an outlet for students to express themselves, and provides a forum for them to bring up and discuss issues confronting the class. Supported by homeroom teachers and counsellors the student body addresses topics around differences, diversity and inclusion.

One-On-One Counselling

A completely confidential service available to all students to support their social, behavioural and emotional needs. This can take different formats depending on the individual student’s needs.

Student Resource Centre (SRC)

The SRC works with students to navigate their academic journey. This includes a program to extend learning or individual and small group sessions that focus on skill-based learning that a student may need beyond the classroom.
